Reading, watching and listening to the coverage of the genocide in the Gaza Strip it was no surprise for me to witness the highly orchestrated and rehearsed theatre on offer. I was surprised to find myself spotting the odd commentator that did deviate from the narrative being spun with effortless ease. In one instance a faceless character (I wasn't watching the TV just listening to it) with an intensely irritating voice actually acknowledged that Hamas won a free and fair democratic election,

2009 and nine has started with a massacre in the Gaza Strip framed by the Israeli propaganda machine as an act of self defence against Hamas and their Iranian backers.
